Loan services provided through the LoanMascon application are offered exclusively by Mascon Fin Pvt Ltd. As a licensed NBFC, we are solely responsible for all loan-related activities, including user eligibility assessment, credit underwriting, loan approval, and fund disbursement, in accordance with applicable Indian financial regulations.

1. How We Use Personal Information

Personal data is processed strictly to operate and maintain our lending services. This enables us to:

  • Facilitate fund disbursement and repayment management

Facial images or selfie data are processed solely during the KYC procedure to confirm the applicant's identity, reduce impersonation risks, and meet regulatory verification standards. Such data is never used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or unrelated purposes.
